DEFINITION
Under the term of lemon systems, we grouped arbitrarily all air conditioning and/or heating systems which do not perform as expected or which keep failing. This does not refer to the strict legal definition of "lemon systems" and does not imply any manufacture defect. It rather refers to inappropriate or even faulty designs.

THE PROCEDURE
Upon in depth examination of the Air Conditioning system, we will present the customer with a list of items that need to be addressed. It may include repair, adjustments, replacement or whatever else is needed for the Air Conditioning to work properly.
Once the customer has followed our recommendations, the air conditioning will work as expected and essentially only require regular maintenance.
