    I called Fix My AC in the morning to come and see about a leak in my A/C pipes. They were at my house in about 2 hours and checked out the whole system. (I live in a 3 story house with the A/C unit in the attic and got no complaints about all the up and down trips!!). After checking and running some tests, they determined that I actually would need a plumber to fix the problem. They got one arranged for me and were on their way. They were there about an hour start to finish and would not let me pay a penny even for the service call since they didn't actually repair anything! I will for sure be calling this great company for A/C and heating needs in the future.

    I would like to express my “Thanks” to your company for your service representative’s honesty and total concern that I should get the very best service for a reasonable charge. I would like to elaborate a little of what happened to your company service.
    My Air Conditioner was not cooling my home and not knowing who to call I at random picked several from the phone book, the first company that I called was “Mike Diamond” who informed me that there was a service charge for coming out to evaluate the unit, I agreed, thinking that this was standard policy, I was wrong- the service technician came out, looked at the unit and told me it was the compressor and I would have to replace the unit for a total cost $3600.00. The second company came the same day and looked at the unit, showed me where an electric cord was burned, but said the compressor definitely the cause of the problem his estimate was for $3,800.00. He did go up in the attic and informed me that the ducting was off the return and that it would have to be fixed. Then Avi from your company came that afternoon, he looked at the unit, saw the burned electric wire and asked me how I knew it was the compressor that wad gone I told him that’s what I had been told by two other technicians. He said that he didn’t think it was the compressor and asked if I objected if he tried to fix the wire so that he could check the compressor. I told him to go ahead, and the compressor worked. He told me he could replace the wire for a nominal fee and I agreed. I completely forgot about the ducting on the return and had to phone your company the next day, Avi came back and went up in the attic, assessed the situation, then explained to me what had to be done, how much it would cost and when he could do it. I agreed and he said he could come the next day at 9:00 am, he promptly showed up at that time and fixed the problem.
    I was surprised to her from you a few days letter offering me a refund because the job did not take as long as had been anticipated.
    I cannot tell you how much the honesty and integrity of your company meant to me, I will definitely recommend your company to all of my friends. I think that you are very lucky to have someone like Avi representing your company, his knowledge and honesty certainly impressed me very much.
